These machines are used to fill empty hard gelatin capsules of various sizes with powders containing active pharmaceutical ingredients or a mixture of active drug substances and excipients.This machine can be filled on capsules from sizes #00 to #4, can feed different types of powder. "000" holds about 1000 mg., "00" holds about 735 mg., "0" size holds about 500 mg., #1 holds about 400 mg., #3 about 200 mg. The weight depends on the density of the powder used. Capacity of machine is 35,000 Capsules/Hour. These high speed machines can boost up the production.

Infrastructural Set-Up

The semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine is mechanical machine works on volumetric principle and is fitted with two syringes on the sides. The desired volume can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the eccentricity. Liquid filling machines vary in terms of the volume of liquid which they are capable to fill in a bottle, tube or any other container. In the pharmaceutical industry, they are used to ensure packaging of the appropriate volume of medicine so as to avoid cases of either overdosing or underdosing. Liquids having high viscosity are packed in different types of containers and hence require this method to fill up the containers.

Our Machinery

The printing machine is a batch coding machine designed for high speed applications and around-the-clock operation. It is the standard for high throughput coding applications in production environments in our industry. It is having a sensor which sense the labels as well as cartons and not ever touch the product. It sprays the ink through the air one drop at a time in a pattern that, when a moving product passes, prints the code as programmed in the printer. Typical distance from the printer's print head to the product is 3/16 of an inch.
